Flips and Horseplay Are Not Allowed. No pets, toys, or sharp instruments are allowed around or in the inflatable at any time. No sticky items are allowed around or in the inflatable like gum, silly string, candy, food or drinks. Do Not Move the Unit From The Place Where It Was Installed. No one is allowed on the unit when it is being Inflated or Deflated this is Very Dangerous! No Sand is allowed in or around the unit. Water is only allowed on water units. If the Unit is damaged during use by the lessee from negligence caused by anyone entering or outside of the unit, you will have to pay for the repair of the unit or replace the unit with a new one if it can't be repaired. The Safety of All Participants is your Responsibility. Supervision is Required AT ALL TIMES****. Be sure to check the inflatable for all personal items before PickUp. We are not responsible for any lost items. TO Avoid a Cleaning Fee($75) please be sure to clean or wipe off all debris from the unit prior to pickup. Wet units should be washed off and left to Dry. Do Not Try to use the unit in any High Winds, Rain, or Storm. Protect all Blowers from any rain or storm that occurs. Make sure each unit is plugged in at least a 110-volt outlet. Make sure there is enough room for the unit to be in a space with 50 feet 50-foot-long area away from any objects. If Blower turns off during operation check your power circuit breaker to reset it to see if it's using too much power. If the Blower continues to shut off and you have checked everything, please contact us immediately. Make sure the Blowers are not damaged or they will cost $300 to Replace. While using the unit, you the leasee will not hold B&D Bounce House Party Rentals liable for any injuries, accidents, and or death that could occur from using the Inflatable. You will not hold B&D Bounce House accountable for any and all negligence that occurs from the participants not following safety rules, not being supervised, and not following instructions for the use of the Inflatable. In case of bad weather on the day of your event and we are not able to set it up, we will call you to reschedule your event for another date that is available, give you a credit of up to 6 months, or a refund whereas the deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total balance.
